Qualifications

• Strong commercial sales or business development background in a B2B environment.
• Experience in IT, software or technology sales preferred.
• Track record of building pipelines, forecasting and reporting through a CRM.
• Confident in managing workload and making decisions independently.
• Ambition to step into a leadership role with ownership.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver the commercial plan and translate strategy into priorities, targets and forecasts.
• Build a structured sales pipeline from first contact to close and handover.
• Win new business across UK and Europe in regulated markets.
• Grow existing accounts through renewals, pricing reviews and upsell opportunities.
• Set up CRM, reporting and sales processes to make growth repeatable.
• Represent the business at customer meetings and industry events.
