Job summary

Rubicon Recruitment is hiring a Commercial Manager to build a commercial function from the ground up, with a seat on the leadership team. The role is fully remote anywhere in the UK, with occasional travel to the Lincolnshire head office and customer visits across Europe.

Salary is up to £75,000 per year plus a yearly bonus. You will own and deliver the commercial plan, create a structured sales pipeline from first contact to close, and target new business in UK and Europe while growing existing

Qualifications

• Strong commercial sales or business development background in a B2B environment.
• Experience in IT, software or technology sales preferred.
• Track record building pipelines, forecasting and reporting through a CRM.
• Confident managing your own workload and making decisions independently.
• Ambition to step up into a role with real ownership.

Responsibilities

• Owning and delivering the commercial plan, turning strategy into clear priorities, targets and forecasts.
• Building a structured sales pipeline from first contact through to close and handover.
• Winning new business across regulated markets in the UK and Europe.
• Growing existing accounts through renewals, pricing reviews and upsell opportunities.
• Setting up the CRM, reporting and sales processes that make growth repeatable.
• Representing the business at customer meetings, industry events and leadership level.
