Job summary

Sherweb seeks a customer-focused professional to be the main point of contact for incoming calls and customer requests. You will collaborate with sales advisors, clients, partners and key stakeholders to ensure successful delivery and support across the customer journey.

Responsibilities include onboarding, training, post-sales support, and driving engagement while resolving issues with urgency and care. This role offers a remote work setup and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Prior customer contact experience (telesales, call center, helpdesk).
• Familiarity with Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and their operations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely and successful delivery of Sherweb's solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
• Accompany customers on their learning journey by providing platform training, onboarding and support for both new and existing customers.
• Collect customer feedback and identify opportunities to continuously improve our product and service offerings.
• Provide pre- and post-sales support.
• Play an important role in retaining customers and partners by offering best-in-class, efficient and professional solutions as required.
• Maintain first-contact resolutions with a high sense of urgency to understand and resolve customer issues.
• Drive customer engagement and delight through meaningful and memorable conversations.
