Job summary

Outsourcery is seeking a Remote Client Services Professional to support UK client accounts and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will handle inquiries across email, live chat and phone, building strong relationships and acting as the main point of contact for customers.

This role emphasises proactive problem solving, effective communication and a proactive approach to onboarding and ongoing client care, with a reliable remote setup and availability during UK business hours.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in customer service, support, client services or similar.
• Experience handling high volumes of inquiries with accuracy and quality.
• Strong written and verbal communication, including handling complaints confidently.
• Excellent organisational, administrative and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience managing support tickets, prioritising queries and following up on issues.
• Familiarity with customer service platforms such as Gorgias, Freshdesk, Zendesk, Intercom, etc.
• Experience using CRM systems to maintain accurate customer records.
• Bonus points for studies in business, communications or related fields and AI tool usage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Experience working with international customers; UK experience preferred.
• Own remote setup with reliable internet; able to work at least 4 hours during UK business hours.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries via email, live chat, phone and other channels with clear, timely information.
• Act as a key point of contact for customers to build relationships and ensure a positive experience.
• Assist with orders, deliveries, returns and refunds, resolve complaints and troubleshoot issues.
• Maintain accurate customer records, keep support tickets updated, and ensure queries are resolved.
• Gather customer feedback, report recurring issues, and identify opportunities to improve the customer experience.
