Job summary

Inspired Thinking Group is seeking an organised, proactive administrator to support the Whitbread Client Services account team. You will handle day-to-day admin, upload and maintain the image DAM, support creative projects, manage re-touching, and produce regular POD and stock reports.

As a key connector within a fast-paced team, you will contribute to process improvements, collaborate across teams, and utilise Excel for data handling and reporting. Work from home options are available.

Qualifications

• Fluent communication and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support to the client service team (Creative and Production).
• Upload and maintain the image DAM.
• Support with creative projects with the wider team.
• Manage re-touching tasks as required.
• Take on regular reporting (POD, monthly, stock reporting).
• Manage and maintain LSM and Ordering tool items on Media Centre.
