Carousel Logistics, part of the DANX Carousel Group, seeks a Client Services Advisor for a predominantly home-based role with the option to work from Sittingbourne or Midlands offices. You’ll be the client and supplier contact, ensuring professional, proactive experiences and owning inquiries end-to-end.

You’ll resolve issues, manage relationships across the business, and strive for first-contact resolution while meeting SLAs and driving service improvements.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in a fast-paced logistics environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach to problems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver service excellence and a consistently positive experience for our clients.
• Take ownership of client enquiries from initial contact through to resolution.
• Resolve operational issues quickly and effectively, while keeping clients proactively informed.
• Work to achieve first-contact resolution wherever possible.
• Ensure agreed client SLAs are consistently achieved.
• Build strong and trusted relationships with clients and internal teams.
• Investigate and resolve internal invoice queries to help ensure clients are billed accurately.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, service, efficiency and cost.
• Go the extra mile to find solutions and deliver the best possible outcome for our clients.
