Job summary

Descartes Systems Group in the UK seeks an Implementation Consultant to translate complex logistics needs into scalable routing, scheduling, and mobile solutions. You will guide customers from requirements and design through implementation, testing, training, and adoption as part of the EMEA Professional Services team.

This is a UK-based remote role with travel across the UK and Europe. You will lead workshops, document requirements, configure solutions across web, client-server and mobile

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Experience communicating with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience leading workshops and guiding customer decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation projects and ensure deliverables on time.
• Analyze logistics processes and document requirements.
• Configure solutions across web, client-server, and mobile environments.
• Provide training and adoption coaching to customers.
