Job summary

Unipart is seeking an experienced Customer Service Advisor in Doncaster to be the first point of contact for a portfolio of customer accounts. You will resolve queries, process orders and ensure exceptional service across pricing, delivery information, and end-to-end processing.

You will liaise with multiple teams to troubleshoot issues, maintain accurate records, and drive improvements to maximise customer engagement and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or support in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of rail or logistics sector and e-commerce/B2B platforms is advantageous.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and stay organised.
• Strong commercial awareness and understanding of terms and conditions.
• GCSEs in English and Maths with good analytical skills.
• Proficient IT skills including Google Workspace and SAP.

Responsibilities

• Be first point of contact for a portfolio of customer accounts, resolving queries and processing orders.
• Help to deliver exceptional service and maintain accurate records.
• Handle pricing, delivery information and end-to-end order processing.
• Drive customer satisfaction and manage key inquiries, expanding engagement across departments.
• Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot issues and handle complaints professionally.
• Ensure problem resolution within SLAs and support business improvement initiatives.
