Job summary

Carousel Logistics is seeking a Client Services Advisor to join our Client Services team. This predominantly home-based role offers remote working with the option to work from our Sittingbourne office or Midlands offices, delivering proactive, professional service to our clients and suppliers.

You’ll own enquiries from first contact to resolution, build strong relationships, and help ensure we meet SLAs. The position emphasizes ownership, problem solving and a focus on an excellent client

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service within logistics or fast-paced environments.
• Experience managing client relationships proactively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own enquiries from initial contact through to resolution.
• Deliver service excellence and positive client experience.
