Job summary

Arvato is seeking a Service Delivery Coordinator for our Corby site. You will handle day-to-day logistics queries, coordinate with internal teams and clients, and drive timely resolutions while maintaining strong client relationships.

You will be organized, analytical, and solutions-focused, confident in communicating with clients, and adept at using tickets, emails, and MS Office to track progress. This role is permanent and Monday–Friday, based in Corby.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, client services, logistics, transport, or service delivery environment.
• Ability to manage multiple queries and priorities while maintaining accuracy.
• Comfortable dealing with clients and building positive relationships.

Responsibilities

• Act as a key point of contact for clients regarding day-to-day logistics and service queries.
• Manage and respond to client queries received through tickets, emails, and other channels.
• Investigate shipment and delivery queries, including missing, delayed or incomplete deliveries.
• Track shipments and work with internal teams and transport partners to establish what happened.
• Coordinate with warehouse, transport, inventory and operational teams to resolve client issues.
• Ensure tickets and queries are recorded, updated, and progressed to resolution.
• Provide clients with clear, professional and timely updates.
• Identify recurring issues and highlight trends or potential service improvements.
• Escalate complex issues appropriately and ensure necessary attention.
• Work to agreed service levels and prioritise workload by urgency and client requirements.
• Maintain accurate records and keep relevant systems up to date.
• Support the wider Service Delivery team in maintaining strong client relationships.
