Job summary

Arvato is seeking a Service Delivery Coordinator for our Corby site. You will join a client-facing team responsible for day-to-day logistics queries and issue resolution.

You'll manage tickets, emails and other channels, track shipments, and work with warehouse, transport and operations to provide timely, professional updates and resolutions. This role is hybrid with standard hours and a focus on service excellence.

Qualifications

• Comfortable working with data, systems and operational teams.
• Experience in customer service, client services, logistics, transport, or service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Be the main contact for daily logistics and service queries.
• Respond to client queries via tickets, emails and other channels.
• Investigate shipment and delivery queries, including missing or delayed deliveries.
• Track shipments and coordinate with internal teams and transport partners.
• Escalate complex issues and maintain service levels and timely updates.
• Maintain accurate records and support continuous process improvement.
