Job summary

Sedgwick Midlands is seeking a Claims Technician to support loss adjusters in handling property claims. You’ll guide claimants through the process, communicate clearly, and coordinate with contractors to reach fair settlements.

This permanent role offers comprehensive training, career progression, and the chance to earn the Chartered Institute of Loss Adjusters' Cert CILA qualification, with flexible hybrid working from office or home.

Qualifications

• Experience in a claims environment, ideally property claims.
• Excellent communication skills: You'll speak with and write to policyholders, insurers, contractors, and more.
• A commitment to work towards the Chartered Institute of Loss Adjusters Cert CILA qualification.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through the claims process and provide support to Loss Adjuster.
• Explain complex details clearly and help negotiate fair settlements.
• Coordinate with contractors to ensure timely resolution of claims.
