Sedgwick in London is seeking a Claims Technician (Adjusting Executive) to support the Loss Adjuster in handling property claims. You will be the first point of contact for claimants, guiding them through the process with empathy and clear communication.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing property claims is essential.
• Excellent communication with policyholders, insurers, contractors, and others; ability to explain complex details clearly and negotiate settlements.
• Conscientious, hard-working and flexible to handle high volumes and meet targets.

Responsibilities

• Assist Loss Adjuster in handling claims and guide claimants through the process.
• Explain complex details to claimants and coordinate with contractors to resolve issues.
