Job summary

Sedgwick Claims Management Services Ltd in the Midlands is hiring a Claims Technician (Adjusting Executive) to be the calm voice guiding claimants through the process. You’ll be the first point of contact, handling inquiries, explaining processes and liaising with policyholders, insurers and contractors to move claims forward.

The role offers training toward the Chartered Institute of Loss Adjusters Cert CILA, flexible working from home or office, a competitive salary and benefits package.

Qualifications

• Experience in a claims environment, ideally property claims.
• Excellent communication with policyholders, insurers and contractors.
• Commitment to pursue the CILA qualification.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact guiding claimants through the process.
• Explain complex details clearly and negotiate fair settlements.
• Coordinate with contractors to get repairs completed.
