Sedgwick Midlands is seeking a proactive Claims Technician to support Loss Adjusters in handling property-related claims. You will guide claimants through the process, gather details, and help negotiate settlements while coordinating with contractors.

The role offers hybrid work from home or in an office, comprehensive training, and a path toward the Cert CILA qualification, with a focus on delivering empathetic, clear communication to policyholders.

• Commitment to working towards the Cert CILA qualification.

We have a fantastic opportunity for Adjusting Executives in the Midlands.

The Claims Technician (known internally as Adjusting Executive) is a technical assistant role, designed to support the Loss Adjuster throughout the handling of the claims. You'll be the first point of contact, guiding customers through the claims process. Each day brings a new puzzle: deciphering details, recommending settlements, and collaborating with contractors to get things fixed. The role requires both empathy and initiative - clear communication helps customer's feel supported, while independent thinking keeps claims moving forward.
