Job summary

Fieldpiece Instruments, Inc. is seeking a Distribution Account Manager to drive growth across Central Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (CEMEA). This 100% remote, field-based role targets the United Kingdom, Netherlands, or Germany with approximately 60% international travel.

You will develop and execute territory strategies, own revenue forecasts, secure new distributor accounts, and expand product reach among HVACR contractors and technicians, representing Fieldpiece at industry events.

Qualifications

• Significant B2B sales experience with a manufacturer through wholesale or two-step distribution.
• Proven success hunting for new business and developing new markets or territories.
• Entrepreneurial, self-directed and able to manage a large, diverse territory.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies across international markets in CEMEA.
• Own territory revenue, forecasting, and sales performance.
• Prospect and secure new distributor accounts with strong pipeline.
• Drive distributor engagement, product awareness, and sell-through.
• Build relationships with HVACR contractors, technicians, and end users.
