Job summary

Align Talent Ltd is seeking an Area Sales Manager / Sales Engineer / Business Development Manager to join a global engineering manufacturer. The role is fully remote, covering Midlands to South West UK with a focus on distributors, OEMs, contractors and end users.

You will develop new business and manage accounts in industrial engineering, refrigeration and compressed-air sectors, selling a technically engineered product and expanding long-term customer relationships across the territory.

Qualifications

• Experience in Key Account Management or Area Sales in industrial engineering.
• Proven ability to develop new business and manage accounts across designated territories.
• Willing to work remotely and cover Midlands to South West UK.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow key accounts across Midlands and South West through distributors, OEMs, contractors and end users.
• Develop new business by selling technical products such as chillers, refrigeration systems and compressed-air equipment.
• Maintain relationships and achieve sales targets through demonstrations, exhibitions and negotiations.
• Coordinate with service and engineering teams to meet customer requirements.
