Danfoss Climate Solutions is hiring a Key Account Manager in the UK. You will lead strategic OEM relationships across HVAC and Commercial Refrigeration, driving profitable growth and helping customers meet energy-efficiency goals.

Work location is flexible within the UK, with options to work from home or Danfoss offices. You will collaborate with global teams to deliver results and manage pipelines to achieve sales targets.

Qualifications

• Education in Mechanical Engineering, Thermodynamics, or a related field (preferred but not essential).
• Proven track record in account management, sales, or business development within HVAC & Commercial Refrigeration, ideally with OEM focus.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience creating and executing successful sales strategies in fast-paced markets.
• Ability to work independently while thriving in global, multicultural teams.
• A proactive mindset with the ability to balance short-term goals and long-term growth strategies.
