Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Regional Account Manager - Distribution to develop a profitable pipeline across commercial buildings, including LV solutions and building safety, in the UK region. You will work with teams in the UK and Ireland to drive growth, with significant travel (approximately 75%) and a Birmingham/Midlands base.

The role requires B2B sales experience in electrical/tech, plus CRM and BI skills. Flexible working options are available within a collaborative, safety‑focused culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B sales in electrical/tech sectors.
• Ability to communicate a compelling vision and influence stakeholders.
• Familiarity with sales planning and execution processes.
• Experience using CRM systems (preferably Salesforce) and Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver a sustainable, profitable pipeline aligned to Eaton targets.
• Engage customers face-to-face or digitally to drive sales activity.
• Own sales drive and efficiency through digital tools.
• Drive pull-based activities with channel partners.
