Job summary

Community Integrated Care is seeking a Virtual Care Centre Operator to join our TEC team in Widnes. This remote-support role focuses on helping vulnerable individuals live better lives using our TEC platform, with a person-centred approach and careful record-keeping.

Qualifications

• Experience providing person-centred support in social care.
• SVQ 3 (Scotland) or L3 Diploma (England) in Care.
• Comfortable using a TEC platform and care planning software.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote support to vulnerable individuals via TEC platform.
• Record keeping and monitoring of calls.
• Work 36 hours per week on rotating shifts.
• Office-based at TEC base in Widnes.
