This position does not decide on cancellations or replacements; it follows approved decisions and ensures notices reach the right people. Training covers approved wording, decision boundaries and calendar systems.

Qualifications

• Past experience in reception, customer service or office administration is helpful.
• Starting skills include careful reading of dates, basic computer use, and clear written communication.
• Able to ask a colleague to resolve conflicting instructions and maintain calm tone.

Responsibilities

• Confirm cancellation instructions and identify affected booking.
• Update online records with approved status without deleting history.
• Send the approved notice to the correct recipient and channel.
• Record when notices are sent and any replies received.
• Route requests for rescheduling or policy exceptions to the scheduling process.
