Responsibilities

• Open replies to appointment offers in the online queue.
• Link messages to correct person and offered time.
• Record acceptance, decline or questions using defined statuses.
• Differentiate a question or proposed change from a confirmed acceptance.
• Pass acceptance to scheduler for final booking.
