Job summary

CCA Recruitment Group is seeking a high-performing Business Development Manager (New Logo Hunter) for BPO sales, home-based UK-wide. You’ll own the full sales cycle, target C-suite stakeholders, and win complex outsourced service contracts.

This role emphasizes new logo acquisition, strategic prospecting, and delivering compelling solutions across sectors needing outsourced contact centre, CX, back-office, or related services. A hunter mentality and proven track record in BPO sales are essential.

Qualifications

Proven success selling BPO, contact centre outsourcing, CX solutions, or back-office services.
Track record of winning new logo business.
Experience generating opportunities via proactive business development.
Strong commercial and negotiation skills.
Ability to engage senior decision-makers and influence stakeholders.
Experience managing complex sales cycles and six-figure deals.
Consultative sales approach with excellent presentation skills.
High levels of resilience, drive, and self-motivation.

Responsibilities

Generating and converting new business opportunities.
Developing and executing strategic sales plans.
Targeting C-suite stakeholders including CEOs, COOs, and Directors.
Managing the full sales cycle from prospecting through to close.
Building a robust pipeline through networking, referrals, and outbound activity.
Delivering compelling presentations and solution proposals.
Collaborating with operations and design teams to tailor client solutions.
Achieving and exceeding new business revenue targets.
