Job summary

Limitless Agency is seeking a results‑driven Business Development Representative / Setter to join our sales team on a full‑time, remote basis. You will triage inbound leads, qualify prospects, and schedule qualified opportunities onto our closers' calendars while also handling outbound prospecting when needed.

Youll communicate with business owners, maintain a clean pipeline, and contribute to a high‑performance, uncapped‑earning environment where commission is based on close‑rate and cash

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in appointment setting or similar sales role.
• Proven inbound/outbound sales experience.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication.

Responsibilities

• Respond quickly to inbound leads and qualify them for the next step.
• Schedule qualified prospects onto the closers' calendars.
• Conduct outbound prospecting when not covering inbound opportunities.
• Handle objections and clearly articulate Limitless Agency value to prospects.
• Maintain a clean pipeline and consistent follow-up with every opportunity.
• Engage prospects through calls, texts, and DMs and drive show rates.
