Job summary

Limitless Agency, a digital marketing growth partner, is hiring a Business Development Representative / Setter for a 100% remote, full-time role.

You will triage inbound leads, qualify opportunities, and schedule qualified prospects onto closers' calendars, while also handling outbound prospecting to keep the pipeline moving. A high-velocity environment rewards speed, communication, and results.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in appointment setting or related sales role.
• Experience with inbound and/or outbound sales.
• Strong phone presence with business owners.
• Excellent English written and spoken.
• Experience booking and managing qualified appointments.
• Ability to follow-up and maintain pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Respond quickly to inbound leads and move them to the appropriate next step.
• Run real qualification conversations to determine fit before a prospect reaches a closer.
• Schedule qualified prospects directly onto the sales closers' calendars.
• Keep closers' calendars clean by removing unqualified or disengaged prospects.
• Book, confirm, and manage appointments to maintain strong show rates.
• Maintain consistent follow-up with every appointment you set.
• Engage prospects through calls, texts, DMs, and other relevant channels.
• Work inactive and previously engaged leads to generate new opportunities.
• Conduct outbound prospecting when not covering inbound opportunities.
• Handle objections and clearly articulate the value of Limitless Agency.
• Maintain accurate pipeline and prospect information.
• Work closely with the closing team to ensure strong handoffs and qualified appointments.
