Hrstalentsolutions is hiring a Customer Service Assistant to manage backorder updates for existing orders. The role is remote and offered at £28.50-£30.75 per hour, with either full-time or part-time hours.

You will communicate order statuses, coordinate with the order team, and maintain accurate records of customer interactions. You will identify affected items, compare updates with stock notes, and draft messages through the appropriate online channel.

Competenze

• Previous order-support experience is useful, but no prior backorder experience is required.
• Ability to draft clear customer messages and track status accurately.
• Proactive communication and coordination with order owners and teams.
