Job summary

Cleansing Service Group Limited is seeking a proactive B2B sales professional to join J&G Blandford Forum. The role focuses on outbound calls, identifying recyclables and building a strong customer pipeline for waste management services.

You will work closely with the Recycling Manager, learn the recycling sector, and progress to handling your own accounts, with equal opportunity employment and development support. 40-hour weeks, full-time position in the UK.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in cold calling, telesales or B2B sales is essential.
• Experience within recycling, waste management or a related industry would be beneficial but is not essential.
• Confident and professional telephone manner.
• High level of spoken and written English.

Responsibilities

• Making outbound cold calls to businesses across the UK.
• Identifying businesses that produce recyclable waste.
• Speaking with business owners, directors, facilities managers and other decision-makers.
• Understanding a potential customer's current waste arrangements and volumes.
• Identifying opportunities for recycling and waste collection services.
• Building a strong pipeline of potential customers.
• Passing qualified leads to the Recycling Manager during training.
• Developing relationships and working towards sales targets.
