Business Development Manager (Recycling)

£60,000 – £80,000 + Progression + Car Allowance + 33 Days Holiday + Laptop & Mobile + Hybrid

Are you a Business Development Manager or similar from a recycling background, looking for an autonomous role within a thriving company offering excellent progression to regional and national positions with a fantastic remuneration package?

This company is in an exciting period of growth and continuous successes, with multiple sites across the UK they are industry leaders within the recycling industry, renowned for delivering premium sustainable solutions. With plans for development and investment, they are looking for someone to join the team and develop alongside them.

In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth as you secure new contracts and develop new business accounts. You will be identifying new business opportunities, negotiating contracts, liaising with internal teams and external clients. You will work autonomously, with ample, fully compensated travel across the Midlands to visit clients; with scope for progression to head-up a national patch.

This role would suit a Business Development Manager or similar from a recycling background, looking to join a trailblazing company entering a period of exciting growth where they can enhance their own career with specialised training and scope for progression.

The Role:

• Identifying and securing new business opportunities and industrial recycling contracts
• Liaise with internal teams and external clients
• Upselling and growing the business
• Frequent travel for client visits
• 37.5 hours a week, 8:30 – 5:00, Monday – Friday, hybrid working opportunities
