Job summary

CSG is recruiting a Cold Calling & Business Development Executive - Recycling in Blandford Forum. Location options include remote and home-working, with a base salary of £33,250 per year. The role offers full-time hours and a pathway to run your own sales and customer accounts.

You will develop your knowledge under the Recycling Manager, learn the sector, and gradually take on more responsibility to close deals and grow the customer portfolio across the UK.

Qualifications

• Experience in cold calling, telesales or B2B sales is essential.
• Experience in recycling or waste management is beneficial but not required.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to UK businesses.
• Identify organisations producing recyclable waste.
• Speak with decision-makers (owners, facilities managers, directors).
• Understand current waste arrangements and volumes.
• Identify opportunities to provide recycling and waste services.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
• Pass qualified leads to Recycling Manager during training.
• Develop relationships and progress sales opportunities.
• Work towards agreed call, lead generation, and sales targets.
• Move towards running own sales calls and closing new business.
• Manage and grow your portfolio of customers.
