Job summary

Everbridge seeks an Associate Solutions Consultant to partner with large-scale customers, guiding deployment, adoption, training, and ongoing optimization of the Everbridge platform. This remote, UK-wide role emphasizes governance, cross-functional collaboration, and proactive customer success, with opportunities to educate teams and drive value.

You will coordinate with Account Management, Operations, Product, and Engineering to deliver reliable, well-adopted solutions.

Qualifications

• At least three years in a customer-facing support or consulting role (professional services, account management, project management, or technical consulting).
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Working knowledge of hosted applications, high-availability architectures, security, telephony, and networking.
• Proven ability to coordinate internal teams to solve complex customer challenges.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong critical-thinking, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent time-management; proficient with MS Office, Salesforce, and web-based apps.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer engagement through deployment, adoption, and ongoing operations.
• Establish and maintain governance with each client.
• Document decisions and action items; provide monthly updates to internal stakeholders.
• Define customer success criteria, track progress, and develop action plans.
• Create and deliver ongoing product education and training sessions for customer teams.
• Troubleshoot concerns; coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues.
• Document, prioritize, and escalate critical issues as needed.
• Advocate for customers within Everbridge; share insights with relevant teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve adoption and value delivered to customers.
