Job summary

Everbridge is seeking an Associate Solutions Consultant to become a trusted partner to large-scale customers, guiding deployment, adoption, training, and ongoing optimization of the Everbridge platform.

You’ll work remotely from the UK, coordinating with Account Management, Operations, Product, and Engineering to deliver reliable, well-adopted solutions that meet business needs and drive value for clients.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing support or consulting roles.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in relevant field.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer engagement through deployment, adoption, and ongoing operations.
• Establish and maintain a clear governance model with each client.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings and provide monthly updates to internal teams.
• Define customer success criteria and develop action plans to keep projects on schedule.
• Create and deliver product education and training for customer teams.
• Troubleshoot customer concerns and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues.
• Document critical issues, prioritize them, and escalate when needed.
• Advocate for customers within Everbridge and share feedback with teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve adoption and increase platform value.
