Job summary

Wallace Hind Selection is seeking an Area Sales Manager to drive growth across a UK territory from London through the South. The role focuses on OEM customers and distribution partners, developing new business and managing accounts within manufacturing environments.

You will work remotely, travel within the territory, and aim to deliver around £1 million in annual sales while benefiting from a company car, 25 days leave, and a 20% bonus potential.

Qualifications

• Experience selling into manufacturing environments.
• Experience working with OEM customers and distribution partners.
• Ability to manage a territory remotely and autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Split focus approximately 50/50 between direct OEM customers and distribution partners.
• Develop a balanced mix of new business and account management opportunities across the territory.
• Re-engage dormant accounts and identify new growth opportunities.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to implementation.
• Deliver annual sales revenue around £1 million with emphasis on new business growth.
