Qualifications

• Ability to prepare and validate transfer lists.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in records.
• Clear communication for internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the Archive Transfer List based on the authorised transfer instruction.
• Compare file names, references and counts with the source folder.
• Mark items as unresolved when missing, inaccessible or conflicting.
• Ensure the destination contains the intended file and record the result.
• Update the transfer list with completed actions and any exceptions.
