HRS Talent Solutions is seeking a Dispatch Document Access Assistant to support the dispatch team remotely. You will verify that the approved document is linked to an order, locate it in the online record, and attach or direct colleagues to the correct file.

This role is strictly internal, not about shipping decisions. You’ll keep a simple list of records, note missing or outdated documents, and raise replacements with the appropriate owner as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Verify that the approved document is linked to an order in the online record
• Locate the document in the order record and confirm its name or reference
• Attach the document or direct colleagues to the correct file in the approved source
• Keep a simple list of records showing which orders have the required document and which need follow-up
• Note missing, outdated, or inaccessible documents and escalate as needed
• Coordinate with the responsible person to obtain an approved replacement
• Update the status after the file becomes available
• Ensure the correct file is identified and linked without disclosing unnecessary customer details
