Job summary

QA Ltd is seeking an Apprenticeship Onboarding Officer to guide learners and employers through onboarding, from initial application through start date. You will manage a caseload, explain the journey, gather required documents and ensure accurate records, while meeting regulatory and internal KPIs within a remote-first but Birmingham-connected role.

You’ll work with a supportive team, benefit from ongoing development and play a key part in delivering a positive learner experience across QA’s

Qualifications

• Experience in onboarding, learner support or customer service roles preferred.
• Knowledge of apprenticeship or education environments is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of apprentices from application to programme start date.
• Conduct enrolment calls with learners and employers to set expectations.
• Guide learners through information and documentation required to enrol.
• Ensure records and enrolment documents are accurate and compliant.
• Deliver against KPIs, SLAs and deadlines.
• Provide a positive onboarding experience for learners and managers.
• Identify risks and escalate to keep onboarding on track.
• Collaborate with sales and other teams for smooth transitions.
