Job summary

Red Recruitment is seeking an Onboarding Agent to join a leading training provider on a remote-hybrid basis from their Birmingham office. You will guide learners from application through to start date, ensuring a smooth pre-start experience and excellent learner outcomes.

The role emphasises strong customer service, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks to deadlines; some apprenticeship/education experience is desirable but not essential.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in an office-based customer service role.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence.
• A love of managing multiple tasks to deadlines.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• A collaborative attitude and proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Experience within apprenticeships or education is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage learners through the pre-start process from application to start date.
• Speaking to both learners and their referees.
• Assisting learners with any queries ensuring a great learner experience.
• Completing all required documentation to deadlines.
• Working with colleagues, managers and other internal stakeholders.
