Job summary

Pearson is actively seeking an Apprenticeship Coach for the Radio Network Technician programme. The role supports apprentices across the UK, delivering coaching, mentoring and assessment to help learners progress through their apprenticeship journey.

You will build relationships and establish effective coaching practices, with occasional on-site activity at Bovington when required. The ideal candidate brings strong radio communications expertise, with experience in military or defence

Qualifications

• Strong radio communications expertise and experience in defence or military communications environments.
• Excellent coaching, mentoring and feedback skills.
• Ability to manage workload independently and build relationships with learners and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Deliver initial assessments and create personalised learning journeys.
• Coach apprentices to develop knowledge, skills and behaviours for apprenticeship completion.
• Provide timely, constructive feedback to support learner progress.
• Manage a caseload of apprentices with regular reviews and documentation.
• Conduct workplace observations and progression reviews, virtual or onsite as required.
