Job summary

Pearson is seeking an Apprenticeship Coach for the Radio Network Technician programme. This predominantly home-based role supports apprentices across the UK, with regular engagement at the Bovington training centre.

You will coach, mentor and assess learners through every stage of their apprenticeship, from initial assessment to Gateway preparation and completion. The ideal candidate has strong radio communications expertise and a passion for helping others develop their careers, with coaching

Qualifications

• Strong radio communications expertise and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
• Experience in coaching, mentoring, and assessing learners is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Deliver robust initial assessments and create personalised learning journeys aligned to apprenticeship standards.
• Coach and mentor apprentices to develop the knowledge, skills and behaviours required for successful completion of their apprenticeship.
• Provide timely, constructive feedback and manage a caseload of apprentices with regular reviews and progression tracking.
• Conduct workplace observations and assessments, both virtual and in-person, as required.
• Support onsite delivery and learner engagement at Bovington when needed.
