Baker Hughes is seeking a Service24 Technical Support Representative to deliver 24-hour technical assistance by phone and email to customers worldwide. You will diagnose faults, interpret specifications, and coordinate with Field Service Engineers to ensure timely resolutions.

The role is primarily home-based with an on-call rotation, occasional travel for meetings and training, and requires a engineering degree with 1–3+ years of customer-support experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• 1–3+ years proven experience supporting customers.
• Experience in Field Service, Service Engineering, Maintenance, Reliability, or Technical Support environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide 24-hour technical assistance via phone and email to customers worldwide.
• Diagnose faults and offer remote service support.
