Job summary

Resonate, a UK-based railway technology company, is hiring a Support Analyst to maintain and troubleshoot our product suite and critical systems across Linux, AWS, SQL, hardware, networking, and monitoring tools. You'll investigate incidents, document solutions, contribute to the knowledge base, and work with customers and internal teams to ensure services meet SLAs.

The role is hands-on, remote with a 4 on/4 off 12‑hour shift pattern for 24/7 coverage, requiring strong English communication,

Qualifications

• Experience in supporting and troubleshooting Linux systems, AWS, SQL, and web applications, with the ability to analyse complex system logs.
• Experience using and configuring monitoring systems for site and application reliability.
• Experience in troubleshooting with on-premise, cloud and hybrid infrastructure environments; ITSM/RMM proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st/2nd line support for products with diagnosis, resolution, and escalation as needed.
• Monitor, maintain and troubleshoot product suites and related equipment per designs.
• Provide remote support, visit customer sites to assist deployments or incident resolution.
• Work within SLAs for response and resolution times.
• Document issues and solutions in the ITSM system and contribute to the knowledge base.
