Real Life Options in Forfar, Angus is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to help people with learning disabilities live independently, with dignity and choice, in their own homes and communities.

You will work full-time, 39 hours per week, with shifts including evenings, weekends and waking night shifts as required to meet individual needs.

About the Role

What We're Looking For

Experience is desirable but not essential - full training is provided. What matters most is your attitude, communication skills, and commitment to delivering quality support.

We're looking for someone who:

• Can follow detailed support plans
• Communicates clearly and respectfully
• Has a warm, approachable, and friendly manner
• Is flexible, reliable, and self-motivated

An Enhanced Adult PVG is required for this role.
