Job summary

Real Life Options is seeking a Female Support Worker in Glenrothes. The role is a 35-hour per week, part-time position offering UK living wage-level pay and opportunities to make a meaningful difference in people’s lives.

You will provide physical and emotional support, assist with daily activities, and help individuals achieve personal goals within a supportive team. Training and development are offered to grow in the role.

As a Support Worker, you’ll provide both physical and emotional support, helping individuals build independence, develop relationships, and achieve personal goals. You’ll be part of a friendly, experienced team in a rewarding role where you can make a genuine difference every day.

What You’ll Do
