Qualifications

• Full 5-year employment history check is required.
• Desirable: SIA Door Supervisor or Security Guarding licence.

Responsibilities

• Monitor CCTV to identify suspicious activity and incidents and take appropriate action.
• Coordinate with Security Officers on site to support incident response.
• Maintain accurate Control Room logs and record incidents and activities.
• Monitor site systems and report faults or irregularities.
• Provide professional, friendly service to customers and visitors.
• Respond to customer queries and take appropriate action when needed.
