Job summary

You will work as needed across shifts, interacting with diverse customers and teams to maintain high standards of service while upholding Riverside’s values and policies.

Qualifications

• Experience of working with people from various backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide a high quality, customer-oriented service.
• Assist in providing support to customers in the provision of service and supported housing.
• Maintain and promote the dignity of all individuals, improving health and wellbeing in a safe environment.
• Foster effective communication with customers and colleagues and adapt to individual communication needs.
• Encourage and enable customers to be as independent as possible with daily living skills.
• Maintain records that are accurate, up-to-date and timely.
• Liaise with family, friends, GP, and health and social care professionals.
• Ensure confidentiality at all times and protect personal information.
• Undertake training and development as required.
