Riverside is seeking a Relief Worker for our Wirral-based location. You will deliver customer-led care and support under the scheme manager, promoting dignity and wellbeing in a safe environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality, customer-led service to customers in supported housing.
• Assist in providing support to customers under the direction of the scheme manager.
• Maintain dignity and improve health and wellbeing in a safe environment.
• Liaise with customers, families, and health and social care professionals.
• Ensure confidentiality and handle records accurately.
• Undertake training and development as required.
