Responsibilities

• Provide a high quality, customer-oriented service under the direction of the scheme manager and support team.
• Assist in providing care and support to customers and promote dignity and wellbeing in a safe environment.
• Maintain records accurately and promptly.
• Liaise with family, friends, GPs and other professionals as needed.
• Undertake training and development as required.
