Job summary

Riverside Group is seeking a Relief Worker - Care Assistant at Protheroe House, Haringey. You will provide personal care to residents, work with the team to maintain quality of life, and recognise distress signs to support residents effectively.

You will join a compassionate, customer-focused team, delivering care in a residential setting with flexible hours and a commitment to safeguarding and dignity.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-focused residential environment delivering personal care.
• Knowledge of housing legislation and safety regulations.
• Flexibility to work various hours, including outside standard times and lone working.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care to residents in line with support plans and CQC guidelines.
• Identify residents’ needs and support their independence and dignity.
• Maintain accurate records of care and medication administration.
• Assist with mobility, meals, and everyday tasks as required.
• Offer companionship and facilitate social activities to promote well-being.
• Ensure safety and follow Riverside policies and procedures at all times.
