Job summary
PepsiCo Inc. invites undergraduates to join our Supply Chain placement in the United Kingdom for 12 months, starting July 2027.
You will work on projects across our sites, including Leicester and Cupar, contributing to reliability improvements and process optimization in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will gain hands-on experience with asset life cycle management, data analysis, CAD-based design, and cross-functional collaboration, supported by mentoring and development
Qualifications
- Must have full RTW for the 12‑month placement.
- Current penultimate year of university with option for a sandwich placement.
- Pursuing Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical or Manufacturing Engineering or closely related discipline.
Responsibilities
- Support the Leicester Engineering Reliability team to improve asset reliability.
- Review asset performance and MTBF data to identify improvement areas.
- Design and deliver small-scale maintenance projects with in-house teams.
- Use CAD to design solutions meeting site requirements.
- Develop knowledge of asset life cycle management and condition-based monitoring.
