Job summary

Kinleigh Folkard & Hayward (KFH) is seeking a Relationship Manager for the Lettings Management team in Wimbledon. You will be the main point of contact for landlords and tenants, managing a portfolio of properties and ensuring legal and contractual obligations are met while delivering exceptional customer service.

You will coordinate maintenance, safety checks, and tenancy issue resolutions with professionalism.

Qualifications

• Experience in property management or a similar client-facing role.
• Experience coordinating maintenance and contractor appointments.
• Strong written and spoken communication skills.
• CRM system experience.
• Proactive, organised and detail-oriented approach.
• Ability to build trust and work collaboratively under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of properties and coordinate visits/inspections.
• Coordinate safety checks and ensure compliance documentation is up to date.
• Handle maintenance requests and arrange contractor appointments.
• Resolve tenancy issues and deposits in a timely, professional manner.
• Support the team to deliver exceptional service and service excellence.
