Job summary

KFH is looking for a Relationship Manager to join our Lettings Management team in Wimbledon, London. You will be the main point of contact for landlords and tenants, ensuring properties meet all legal and contractual obligations while delivering outstanding service.

You’ll manage a portfolio, coordinate maintenance, and resolve tenancy issues with high standards of professionalism and efficiency. A proactive, organized approach and CRM experience will help you excel in this role.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in property management or similar client-facing role.
• Experience managing contractors and resolving issues effectively.
• Strong communication skills – written, verbal and over the phone.
• CRM system experience and diary coordination.
• Proactive, organized and detail-oriented approach.
• Ability to build trust, work collaboratively and stay resilient under pressure.
